Eastside

The Eastside is an historic neighborhood that used to lie under the shadow of the old Cooper River bridges.  One of the most impressive projects in this area was going to be the Cigar Factory, located at the foot of Columbus St and East Bay, though construction has currently been suspended. Another project on Meeting St near the entrance to the Ravenel Bridge is One Cool Blow, Downtown’s first mixed-use project built with environmental ‘green’ standards in mind.
