With more than 15 years of experience in both a down and up real estate market, I have become confident that I can handle any house buying or selling situation for you. I am consistently in the top 5% of Charleston Area real estate agents, and because I have sold over 200 homes, helping both buyers and sellers – I can help you navigate through the trickier parts of the real estate process. I’ve also launched and sold two new developments Downtown, and love to be part of a team creating new places.
Beginnings
I began this career in 2009 in the middle of the Great Recession, so I learned from the get go how to work hard to succeed and in turn, work hard for my clients. Even though the real estate market has improved in Charleston since then, my client commitment has stuck with me. I am excited about what I do now because I am great at finding people a home they love, and enjoy the challenge and creativity of selling a house. I revel in knowing as much as possible about Charleston and introducing her to others.
Life Before Real Estate
My former careers were in economic development, tech and bio-tech start-up company development, marketing, telecommunications, and software. I have an International MBA in Marketing and Technology from the University of South Carolina, and a BA in Communications from the College of Charleston.
Personal
I’ve lived in Charleston for more than 20 years – enough time to see extraordinary changes here and get to know each nook and cranny of this beautiful town and the homes in it. I have also lived all up and down the East Coast, and in the great countries of England, Italy and Texas. While I was born in Atlanta, I am the child of a New Yorker and a Minnesotan so I consider myself a bit of a mutt.
My husband and I love to travel, sit out on our dock, spend time with our families, and spoil our little dog Zella Belle rotten.
