Love at First Slurp – from The Local Palate

Recently, I was asked to be a guest blogger for a new glossy magazine (with companion blog) launching soon called the The Local Palate, covering the food culture of Charleston.  My topic of choice?  Boiled Peanuts. So just for fun, I am reposting it on this site for all my great readers out there.  The boiled peanut is more than just South Carolina's state's an experience.
