Pedal to Properties of Charleston is a fun, health-conscious, environmentally-friendly optional way to help you find your new home. The concept originated in Boulder, CO in 2007, was featured in the New York Times, Fortune, and the Wall Street Journal and is now expanding nationwide. Charleston is the first in the country to become a partner with the original Pedal to Properties. and has now proud to include a fleet of bikes at Folly Beach where you’ll find my great colleague Adam Killerman.

We provide you with Electra Townie bikes, which are easy to use and fun to ride, or you can bring your own. We’ll go at your pace, and you’ll learn not only about the homes you see, but the neighborhoods you want to live in. So if you are already an avid cyclist, or someone who just wants to have a little fun, why not find a home by bike? You’ll be amazed at the whole new perspective….
Some Charleston area neighborhoods that are great for biking include: Downtown, Wagener Terrace, Riverland Terrace in James Island, Byrnes Down in West Ashley, The Old Village and I’ON in Mount Pleasant and any of the islands – Folly Beach, Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island.
