Since many of you, like me, love to ride a bike and want to live somewhere it is not only possible, but pleasurable, here is a list of my favorite bike-friendly neighborhoods and areas in Charleston. You’ll also find a Google Map below. What makes an area bike-friendly? Traffic is slow or bike paths are available, streets are connected to other areas, you can ride for several miles, restaurants and services are nearby, and they are just downright beautiful.
