So check out this video with Sean Brock talking about his new restaurant on Queen St – Husk. Recently named by Time Magazine as the leader of the ‘lardcore’ movement, Sean is about to do something revolutionary. Every single thing he serves will be sourced from the south, AND homemade. They’ve been canning vegetables for months. My prediction is that the opening of Husk will not only transform the food industry, but also Queen St and the surrounding area itself.
